Fitness Bootcamp

I remember feeling so exhausted that I couldn't even think about exercise.

I felt mentally and emotionally drained. I wondered if I made a mistake having another baby.

I knew I needed to take control of my thoughts and feeling before they spiraled into negative actions.

I turned to exercise, Coaching, and the support of my Challenge Group (or fitness bootcamp).

I decided on day 1 that I would never feel or look that way again.

Self care is the best gift you can give yourself. To be the best mother, wife, friend, Coach, I needed to fill my cup first so that I had the energy to take care of others. A healthy lifestyle, body and mindset will help you face any challenge that life throws your way. But you cannot just wish for it, you need to work at it consistently everyday.

Lucky for you there are people, programs and tools available to help you set a healthy foundation for you and your family through exercise and nutrition! Joining a Challenge Group (or bootcamp) was how I got started on my fitness journey. It showed me what was possible if I committed myself to the program, using all the tools available to me. The support and encouragement I received helped build my confidence until I was leading my own Challenge Groups.
