 The 30 Day Breakaway

30 Day Breakaway combines running and resistance training to help you burn fat as you tone your entire body, fast. Super Trainer Idalis Velazquez coaches you to train safely and effectively—even if you’ve never run before or haven’t run in years—so you can tackle your next 5K in just 30 days.

What can I expect from this workout program?

The Trainer lets you set the pace and keeps you motivated and in proper form with cues during your run. This new program allows you to take your workouts out on the road, path or treadmill, with a perfect balance of resistance training followed by running drills that gradually progress. You’ll get fitter and faster with this super-effective mix of running and lifting up to 5 days a week, around 40 minutes a day, starting with three walks or runs a week that progressively build up to five until Day 30 when you complete a 5k.

  • Program Length: 30 Days
  • Workout Length: 20-45 minutes
  • Fitness Level: Beginner/Intermediate
  • Equipment needed: A set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, resistance loops*, a foam roller, and a good pair of running shoes.
